Workplace Coaching

The potential and scope of coaching in the workplace is huge - and unique to each contract. Coaching in the workplace is not just for senior managers! Everybody, whatever their position, should be entitled to coaching in order to improve their working practices and their motivation. In today’s climate there is precious little time for managers to mentor and support their team and a very real consequence of this is that people feel undervalued, under pressure and resentments and bad working relationships start to emerge.

There are three things we need in order to feel confident, competent and happy at work:

  1. A realistic degree of CONTROL
  2. DEMANDS must be appropriate and challenging – not overwhelming
  3. Everyone should feel they have SUPPORT from their managers and colleagues
