I hope my website explains how coaching works and answers any questions you have. I also hope you will feel able to call me, once you've taken a look at the information here, so that we can chat through your own thoughts and needs.

I am a qualified professional and personal coach, having trained with the coaching academy www.the-coaching-academy.com – the only training company working with the government on national standards for coaches. I run my private practice from my home office in Godalming, Surrey and in work place settings.

Most of my career has been in the world of education but I have also worked as a mediator and intermediary.  I have a grown up family; three sons now all in their twenties.

My work has provided me with a wealth of experience of working with people and helping them to remove obstacles that get in the way of what they want out of life – be that their life at home or work. My training has enabled me to fully appreciate the complexities of communication and how to help people express what they feel and want – both to themselves and to others - and then find a way of achieving it.
